1. Introduction

Welcome to MindfulDirector at mindfuldirector.club. These Terms of Service govern your use of our mindfulness programs, digital offerings, and physical goods. By accessing or using our site and services, you agree to these terms.

3. Services

MindfulDirector offers guided sessions, workshops, and coaching specifically tailored to directors. Each engagement is designed to support leadership presence, stress reduction, and mindful decision-making.

4. Digital Products

We provide downloadable courses, audio recordings, and e-guidebooks on mindfulness techniques for directors. Access to content is granted upon purchase and may require an account login.

5. Physical Goods

MindfulDirector-branded journals, meditation cushions, and other tangible items are shipped from our Canadian facility. Shipping times and carriers vary by location.

6. Fee Payments

All fees are due in advance. Fees for services are listed on the program pages. Digital product fees are charged at the time of purchase. Physical goods fees include shipping charges.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

7.1 Services (Mindfulness for Directors)

Cancellations made at least 7 days before the first session are eligible for a full refund of service fees through the original payment method. Cancellations within 7 days incur a 50% service charge. Sessions canceled less than 48 hours prior are not eligible for a refund due to preparation of materials and reserved spaces.

Clients may request to transfer a booked session to another date up to 2 days before the scheduled start at no extra charge. Transfers requested within 48 hours of the session are subject to availability and may incur a 25% transfer fee.

Please note that one-time group retreats and exclusive director cohorts are non-refundable due to limited seats and pre-event resource allocations. This policy ensures quality experience for all participants.

7.2 Digital Products (Infoproducts)

Digital courses and downloads may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if less than 20% of the content has been accessed or downloaded. Request a refund by contacting us via contact form. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

If access to more than 20% of a digital product has been recorded, the purchase is considered final and not eligible for a refund due to content delivery.

7.3 Physical Goods

Unused items in original packaging may be sent back within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or refund of the product fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers must obtain a return authorization by emailing us. Once received and inspected, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Revisions take effect upon posting. Continued use of our site or services after changes constitutes acceptance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindfulDirector and its affiliates are not responsible for indirect or incidental outcomes of participation in any program or purchase.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
